Refund policy

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

We conduct thorough inspections of all items before they are dispatched to clients, making cases of damage rare. However, products may occasionally be damaged during shipment due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To file a claim for any damages incurred during transit, please record a brief video from the moment you start opening the package to the unboxing process.

Refunds are issued only if the item received is defective or differs from what was ordered. 

Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except for defective sale items, which may be exchanged.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Regrettably, returns for sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
